If you find that the user is in the Small Business Administration Room and they belong to Disaster Enterprise or vice versa, kindly transfer them to the appropriate room.

If the user has determined that he/she is a contractor, kindly ask what course they are trying to access in the TMC. If you are unable to find an SR related to the course they referenced, please escalate.
