Prior to giving the user the SR, kindly check the user's transcript and archives to ensure the training was not assigned by the system admins.

Should the course not be assigned, the user will be able to search the training the same as any other training.

I apologize that you are missing your mandatory training. To find it, kindly utilize the search bar at the top right corner of your TMC homepage upon logging in.

Alternatively, you can do the following to search by title:

1. Log into your TMC account. 
2. Hover over Learning.
3. Click Search.
4. To the left side, click Training.

The search bar allows you to search your training by type. The icons to the left allow you to narrow your search further based on training type (online, curriculum, event, etc.).
