Specialist Notes:


There can be a variety of reasons why training has not been approved. The specialist will have to look at their request to see if any of the following is true:

1. The approval is still pending on the approver.


Special Note: They only have to be approved up to Approver 3 (the budget officer). If Approver 5 (CLO) is still pending, they can still participate in the training, as Approver 5 does not approve the training until after it has been completed.


2. Budget information is missing -- this is found under the "Direct Tuition and Fees Cost Appropriation Fund" and "Document/Purchase Order Requisition Number" categories.


If one of the approver fields is missing, kindly escalate, as that information will have to be corrected.
