| Specialist Notes: |
Single Sign-On is now active and is the only method for logging in. Should a user have issues logging into their account and you find their account is active, have them try logging in using SSO.
Users do not need a PIV card for logging in and will only need to be connected to the SBA network to access their accounts via SSO.
Should they still have issues logging in, they will need to work with ITSC for a resolution.
IMPORTANT! We no longer provide login resets for SBA and Disaster Enterprise users. If you receive pushback, inform the user that we are unable to resolve login issues and they will need to await a resolution for ITSC. |
HOW SHOULD WE ASSIST? If the user requests a login reset or expresses issues with accessing their account, first check if the user’s account is active. After verifying the account is active, ensure that the information listed matches what they have given us before sending the SR. After verifying the information matches, send the SR. If the information does not match or the account is inactive, use the appropriate procedure. |

Kindly note that Single Sign-On (SSO) has been enabled. Single Sign-On enables you to log in without the need to manually enter a username and password. To log in via SSO, kindly navigate to https://workplace-sba.csod.com/login/render.aspx?id=defaultclp and click on the black “Login in with Single Sign-On” button. You will then be prompted to sign in using your SBA Email.
If you have any issues logging in or have any questions about SSO, we advise reaching out to your Internal Helpdesk for further assistance.
