For most employees, the Ethics Training only must be taken once, but individuals who have to fill out Form 278 and Form 450 have to retake the training on an annual basis.

Some supervisors may ask for their staff to take the course again despite meeting training requirements. If they are not an employee does not have to fill out Form 278 and Form 450, the administrators have asked we get a reason for their supervisor’s request prior to escalating to them for reassignment.
