Some users may try to (re)take the Initial Ethics Briefing for SBA Employees training but notice that the course is either inactive or dysfunctional. The Initial Ethics Briefing for SBA Employees is an outdated course and has been replaced with the Ethics Training.
As such, some users may have already completed the Ethics Training as well. This course only needs to be taken once. The only exception to this is staff who have to fill out Form 278 or Form 450. These individuals have to retake the training annually.
HOW SHOULD WE ASSIST? If the user states that they are having issues launching the Initial Ethics Briefing for SBA Employees course, double-check their transcript to confirm the name of the course and advise accordingly. You may also want to check their completed transcript, as they may have already taken the Ethics Training. |
