There are known issues with the Ethics Training. There are instances where the course does not provide feedback after answering a question incorrectly several times. This gives the impression that it is frozen. To resolve this issue, the correct answer will need to be selected before clicking submit.
Another issue arises when the user fails the quiz at the end. The course sometimes does not allow users to restart the quiz and retains their answers from the previous attempt. In this case, the course will need to be removed and reassigned to the user.
To ensure we assist the users as efficiently as possible, kindly follow the checklist below.
- Verify which slide the user is stuck on. If the user states they are stuck on the Standards of Conduct slide, kindly use the Standard of Conduct SR.
- If the user states they are unable to submit their answer, verify if the course allows them to populate or change their answers. If so, it is likely that the user is answering incorrectly and will need to try different answers to move forward.
- If the user states that they are unable to select or populate an answer at all, ensure that they have the course window maximized, as the radial buttons may shift if the course is windowed. If they are still unable to populate an answer, escalate requesting the course be reset.
- If the user states that they are unable to retake the quiz, you may escalate.
