If the user's account is inactive, and the identifier is listed as OFC/Capital Access, Office of Disaster Assistance, or Office of Disaster Recovery and Resilience, use this SR.

Thank you for contacting Disaster Enterprise TMC End-User Support!
Unfortunately, your account is showing as inactive. The Disaster Enterprise Administrators have requested that your supervisor contact: HR4U@sba.gov with a formal request to have your account reactivated. Once your account has been reactivated you will receive an email from them. This process is usually handled by the end of the day but may take longer.
